Property manager (m/f/d) with focus on
Residential property management
Your tasks
- Independently manage and supervise the rental of residential properties, including move-in and move-out inspections.
- Handling of contract management (maintenance contracts, rental agreements, insurance, ancillary costs, etc.)
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with maintenance, inspection and operational obligations.
- Comprehensive and professional care for tenants.
- You act as a contact person for owners, tenants, authorities and service providers
- Analyze, monitor and optimize operating costs.
- Preparation of operating cost statements, house charge statements and financial plans.
- Prepare and conduct condominium meetings and implement resolutions of the owners.
- Carrying out rent adjustments and other rent changes
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities and supervise outside service providers.
- Assist with property accounting tasks.
Your profile
Are you a strong communicator and assertive? You work independently and reliable and have some of the following qualifications:
- Relevant professional experience or ideally a completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent (formerly real estate and housing agent) or real estate specialist.
- Sound knowledge of common software programs (Microsoft Office).
- Clear, authoritative communication and confident demeanor, especially at homeowners meetings.
- High service orientation, customer and deadline loyalty.
- Structured approach to work with quality and cost awareness.
- Negotiating skills and assertiveness combined with empathy.
- Excellent knowledge of property management terms and regulations.
- Class B driver's license.
