Team Assistant (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Supporting the team in administrative and organizational matters
- Appointment management, including planning, coordination and monitoring of meetings and events
- Creation and editing of documents, reports and presentations
- Maintenance and management of customer and supplier data
- Correspondence in German and English language
- General office organization and administration
- Support with accounting and invoicing
- Preparation of employment contracts and documents in the field of human resources
- Coordination of travel and accommodation for the team
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in a similar position an advantage
- Confident handling of the common MS-Office applications
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Organizational strength and structured way of working
- Reliability and accuracy at work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and resilience
